  • The website is found to be misrepresented (fake metrics, incorrect niche, or misleading information).

In such cases, users must contact support within 1 days of the issue.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The guest post has already been published correctly.

  • The buyer changes their mind after placing an order.

  • Rankings, traffic, or SEO results do not improve (SEO results are not guaranteed).

  • Delays are caused by the buyer (late content submission, revisions, or approvals).

  • The publisher followed all listed guidelines correctly.


4. Content Revisions

If the issue is related to content quality or formatting, we encourage buyers to request revisions first. Refunds are only considered if revisions are refused or unresolved.


5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method or

  • Credited to the user’s platform wallet (if applicable)

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.


6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be submitted through the Axisbyte support system. We review disputes fairly and reserve the right to make the final decision.
